I've ordered several fish from them. Always speedy service. I have only had one fish die on me after receiving it. Customer service was great. Provided me with store credit within hours. Will continue to do business with them!

Such a great place to buy fishes. They keep you in the loop the entire process with email and tracking. Bonus is a 15 day guarantee!

I placed an order for several saltwater fish that need specific attention to quarantine and acclimation. An hour or so after placing the order I received word that I had to go out of town for an extended period of time. SaltwaterFish.com graciously delayed my order to accommodate my circumstances! Best customer service ever!

1 out of the Damsels is DOA. Sent a pic asap. They ask me to go to the website fill out a form then the form doesn’t work properly, etc etc… Too difficult, seems like they try to make it difficult! Many places refund ASAP once they receive the pic.
