The rate was competitive, customer service was excellent, and they helped tremendously along the way. They helped navigate our home purchase and my husband's retirement pay which other lenders refused to accept as income.

John Brown, NMLS #459149 really lacked the depth of knowledge and hung up on me after I told him his technique of making me commit to a loan without knowing the details, made be feel uncomfortable and was high pressure sales; he was fully unprofessional. I sensed it early and it became apparent after he realized he couldn’t match my loan as a high credit score and no debt consumer.

We had an amazing experience working with Miranda Kaur throughout our home-buying and loan process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to walk us through everything and answer all of our questions. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to financing, but Miranda made the process feel much more manageable. She kept us informed, helped us understand our options, and was always quick to jump in whenever we needed clarification or had a concern. We truly felt like she cared about getting us to the finish line and making sure we felt comfortable with our loan. We’re so grateful for all of Miranda’s hard work and support in helping us get into our new home. Alex and Saby were awesome and easy to work with. Alex even went out of his way to communicate on Saturday to help me lock in a better rate than I would’ve gotten and I waited till Monday.
