The quality of the product is outstanding. It came quickly and the price was unbelievable. I only wish I had looked for an electric fireplace/tv stand that came with a remote for my disabled parents

Accidentally double ordered due to your poor user interface and trying to return one and it is still unresolved Will not purchase with you again and will make sure not pay for part where I doubled ordered. If I do not get my return label from you will be taking it up with my credit card Super disappointed

Though the item arrived damaged, the Customer Support Team issued a refund expeditiously. I would buy again.

Great activity wall for our kids and we get to use it too. The only critique is that the Velcro straps are flimsy so we had to replace with child locking buckle straps.
