We love our new safe step walk in tub
We love our new safe step walk in tub. It was installed in one day. The guys who installed it was very professional and cleaned up behind them. Love the micro bubble setting. I would recommend this tub for anyone who has trouble getting in and out of a regular tub.

We over paid
We over paid! No one wants to see it. I have shared that I have Safe Step tub. They ALL said too much and won't have a sale person show it to them! SORRY!

Experience is marginal
Tub will not allow water temp above 110 degrees no matter what water heater is set. No wall shield installed around top of tub. Over all very messy work only a little clean up. Had to scrub the entry floor. Also I will need to repair wall by tub.

Excellent with an outstanding question
Generally speaking the experience was excellent. There were two exceptions to this overall level: 1. There was no manual provided with the tub installation and apparently there is no manual available online either. 2. An online 'chat' promised a call from a Safe Step Walk-In Tub representative to answer the question. No response was ever received. The gentlemen who came out to install the tub were very good and helpful. I just feel as though there is a gap in the complete process and found it incomprehensible that there would be no documentation with the tub; paper or online. Thank you.
