I've submitted an email to cancel this system within the timeframe given. No one from your company has contacted me as of yet. I've also spoken with the person that contacted us regarding the system, his only concern is his 100% customer rate.

Very efficient & time consuming. This was done for my elderly mom & she really did feel comfortable with them.

Rep said he’d call and check that all things were good and didn’t! You don’t say your gonna and then don’t! Still waiting as I had direct questions for him. Not good customer service! I got a call back from rep as it appears I gave him the wrong phone number, questions and concerns were addressed and appreciate the time and effort taken to make amends, looking forward to a positive relationship, thank you!
