You’ve worked with a number of dealer programs for support, coverage, and funding. Since they are middlemen, low margins and constricting terms inhibit your growth. It’s time to eliminate the middleman. It’s time to go direct.

The experience was top notch. There was a slight glitch with the video interview. I had to conduct the interview via phone. Once that was completed the installation went very well. The installers name was Eric. Top notch guy. Very knowledgeable. He resolved any issues that occurred and worked to accommodate our request. Again, top notch. Hopefully our experience during this contract. I would also like to mention Fabian. A professional that represented himself and convinced me to move forward with your product

Nicole was very friendly and astute, she was very clear and frankly by the time she left she was family in my eyes and then came Julio friendly, communicated clearly made sure we understood how the system works, but most of all he was diligent and patient through all the little things that that happened could see it was frustrating for him but he kept smiling and working through it. These two people are two of your greatest assets

You get only 3 days to cancel after signing up and after that you are threatened with huge cancellation fee. The person came to us misrepresenting that he works with ADT. I think giving just 3 days to change your mind is predatory. How would someone know the response of the service in just 3 days!! Now , I am tied to this contract and they demand thousands of dollars for canceling the contract. We called them , no help. We emailed them - no response. Everyone STAY AWAY
Response from Safe Home Direct· Jan 24, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and truly regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We strive to provide clarity and transparency during the sales process and take your concerns seriously. Regarding the cancellation period, we fully comply with the 3-day Right of Rescission (ROR) mandated by law, allowing customers to cancel without penalty. We understand that this timeframe may feel brief, and we are committed to supporting our customers through every step of the process. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services.

Update: Safehome said they would contact me with their reply from my post back in January. It's now March and no call. SHOCKER!! The sales rep never identified himself as being with Safe Home Direct until we signed paperwork. We broke out contract with ADT because of this. The installer helped us with those fees and made a much better experience and we wound up sticking with Safe Home. However we recently had some trespassers and our next door neighbor had their fence kicked in. When I went to our new outdoor camera to obtain the footage it picked up I couldn't access it. When I called Safe Home to have them help me over the phone there was NO ANSWER! I left a message and 3 days later still NO call back. I was supposed to give the footage to the police officer investigating the case and wasn't able to. I certainly don't feel safe knowing there is no one on the other end there to pick up my phone call during my time of need. Isn't that why you have an alarm system? Now I have a 5 year contract with this company and certainly don't feel safe with them. Do your research before switching. I wish I stuck to my gut and never switched.
