I’ve had a great experience working with S8 Acquisition so far. I signed on at the end of 2025 and was able to get started by the second week of 2026, which really showed how organized and efficient their onboarding process is. The team has been incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. My day-to-day contacts, John and Jean, have been fantastic—always available, proactive, and extremely helpful in guiding me through each step. On the strategic side, Mendel and the leadership team, including Frank and Julian, have also been excellent, providing valuable insight and direction. I’ve already closed on my first property and have several more in the pipeline, which speaks to how effective their system and support structure are. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow with their team.

I’ve been working with S8 Acquisition for some time now and I am impressed by their professionalism, organization, and client-focused approach. The team, led by Julian Tafuro and Frank Lanosa, is hands-on, responsive, and dedicated to helping investors succeed. Their guidance and support have made it easy to navigate the process and achieve results while contributing to their mission of providing quality Section 8 housing. I highly recommend S8 Acquisition to any real estate investor looking to grow their portfolio and make a positive impact in their communities

Prior to joining S8 Acquisition, I went through two section 8 companies with no success. Within a few months with S8 Acquisition, I’ve acquired 6 cash-flowing units. If you’re a busy person or inexperienced in real estate investing or looking for a “white glove” service to help you in your real estate journey, look no further than Frankie Lanoso and Julian Tafuro’s S8 Acquisition. I believe they’re building a juggernaut company in the section 8 world. The processes and teams they have in place have made it easier for me to make well-informed decisions in choosing properties to invest in. Director of property management, Mendel Olivier’s comes to mind when doing my own due diligence while relying heavily on his expertise. The whole team, namely Pie Lozon (acquisitions specialist), and Jem Germano and Maria Matura (both client relations) made my experience more like a family affair. Not a joke but I think they checked in with me more than my family does! Going forward, I’m really excited about future deals and confident that I’m in good hands with S8 Acquisitions. Julian Tarfuro mentioned some future plans down the pipeline and I’m glad that I’ll be part of it.

Honestly from the moment I spoke with the initial rep on the phone i have been impressed with this company. Kyle is my account manager and he is super helpful with more than just the company and the process but also other creative ways to fund these properties. Frank the owner is super hands on and the tech they have created to source these properties is unreal. There's noting else like it in the industry. I love this company!

Acquiring rental property through S8 Acquisitions has been a great experience. There is constantly lots of properties to review, excellent support during the the purchase process, and there has been very good follow-up since I closed escrow.
