I had a problem with collecting my sample this morning, so I reached out to the number for help. Fiona, Tiffany, and Ky were very helpful and got the situation handled quickly and professionally, by replacing the failed unit with a new sample collection package. Super helpful! It’s refreshing to have such good service when often times it does not exist with other companies… RYTHM ROCKS!

I signed up when there was a great deal going on. I didn’t receive the deal and reached out to them and the issue was resolved immediately! Most companies would have taken days to respond but the fact that they resolved it immediately I will continue to do business with them
