I had a small issue with my first kit. It was most likely my error, but their support in helping me with the problem was perfect. Pablo did an amazing job and a replacement kit is on its way. Asked for a couple things and then he gave me helpful tips for success with the next one. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Pablo and his team did an exceptional job. Thank you!!

My test kit arri ed and I let it sit for a few days. When I finally got ready to do my test the heat pack had exploded all over everything. I reached out to customer service and I was offered a new kit.

Everyone is very helpful and is ontop of getting what you want when you need it. The kit works amazing and is very simple to use. Absolutely no pain and youre done in 5 minutes. Will definitely be using Rythm for all my future blood work!
