Fiona really helped me take care of the issue I had this morning. When my test did not go as planned I was able to communicate the issues I encountered and she took care of the problem and get me set up to fix it. She was very helpful.

Had an issue with collection of blood sample into device. I contacted customer support via text. Dave responded immediately and is sending replacement. He was extremely helpful with offering additional tips for the next collection. I knocked a star because I only wish these were included in some fashion prior to this collection. Maybe where the collection video is housed as "additional collection tips" or as part of package insert.
