I have made a lot of personal goals in reguards to health and fitness and I would be blind without these guys. Also had a testosterone blood work done at a brick and mortar men’s clinic that exactly matched the results rythm gave. So legit in all aspects.

Rythm was able to help me diagnose that I had low energy availability due to underfueling my triathlon training. It completely validated the symptoms I was having and I’m grateful to also be able to watch those numbers return to normal.
