Very simple and easy to follow instructions. Collection from alcohol prep to packaging the sample was under 10 minutes.

Everything was good and went super smooth. Only thing I wish is that I could see rbc counts. Other than that request I think this is a great system.

Amazing service, would recommend 100/100 times. FedEx lost my package so they sent me a new test kit for free, and because of this my test results weren’t able to come until a couple days before my next test was to come and they automatically sent a message asking if I’d like To reschedule my payment and test for the following month. They don’t try to just take money from you, the team is often messaging me and it’s actually a HUMAN talking not a robot. It’s an awesome company, I’ll be with them for the foreseeable future.
