I get sick with needles, this arm patch was literally painless and it has motivated me to check in on my health (I have avoided bloodwork for YEARS due to my fear of needles). Not only that but the process from start to finish was so simple.

I have a tendency to pass out during blood takes. This was super easy though and no such issues. I recommend folks are reminded to keep breathing when they see the blood as it prevents such events. Other than that the process was smooth and pain free.

As someone with a body full of tattoos but can’t do needles. This is the only way I was able to get my health back on track, it’s literally painless. Also the support team has been nothing but amazing, which in the world we live in today is unheard of. Can’t sing enough praises about this company which I literally never do lol

Blood could not be tested, no message, cancelled subscription stating that I received a message but no email or text available to explain. I’m concerned that their equipment is not up to date or good enough even for a regular test and encourage people to get a second opinion on any samples they send it by getting a second test the same day. My sample was sent in on the 26th of Jan. And no response till I contacted customer service on February 2nd stating the above. Please be careful and get a second opinion because your sample have erroneous results.

We looked carefully through our records but weren’t able to identify an account under this name, and we also reached out via Trustpilot a week ago to request more information, but we haven’t heard back from you yet. For context, we did not offer testosterone testing for women until February 4th, 2026. Prior to that date, testosterone was clearly listed on our site as available only for men, as we waited to launch a method that could accurately measure the lower ranges seen in women. Because your review was posted on Feb 2nd, your test was likely completed before that launch, so testosterone would not have been included.
