Found part I was looking for. Description and photo showed everything I needed. Sent a note to confirm that all the parts in description and photo were in fact what I would receive. RV Parts country staff confirmed that what was described and photographed would be what I receive. Order arrived and did not include the specific parts that RVPC had confirmed would be included. Fortunately I had old parts and could use them with what I received to repair my rig. Informed RVPC of the issue through their website and am waiting to hear back from them as to any followup. Follow up from RV parts Country was nothing more than an apology - no credit offered for the parts that were not received. First and last time customer.

I ordered a Coleman thermostat that stopped working less than 30 days after installed I was told by rv parts courtney via email, they do not answer the phone, that they do not honor a warranty for the thermostat and I had to go back to the manufacturer because once installed they can not exchange return or honor any warranty for their merchandise. One has to wonder how your supposed to know if the product works or not if it's not installed apparently according to them if installed there is no warranty makes no sense these people need to be put out of business

Have not yet received item. No body will give me information on the order. Wish I could cance6and get money back. I contact sell and they say I need to go to website where I ordered it. Do,they not stand behind their products?

Great value, half the price of the competition. Received my a/c unit on my door step in 2 days!!!
