I ordered two maxxfans, which they claimed to have in stock. I asked from the outset if they were indeed in stock, and they strung me along for 14 days until they admitted they didn't have them in stock. Now, they're refusing to refund my money after i've been asking to cancel for the last week. The phone number they offer isn't real, never works. Their customer service ignores you for multiple days at a time. Companies like this make me want to shop on sites outside of the US. You guys are an embarrassmant to our country.

Ordered a/c unit and 3 days later it was sitting at the shop. Unit was in great condition and not damaged. Install wasn’t bad at all, I’ve never put one in before but do similar assemblies like this on a day to day basis. The average joe could install one of these without any issues. Everything I needed was in the package. Shopping for a complete unit on this site was one of the best. I had called 3 camper stores to line up a unit and install and no one called me back so finding this site was just what I needed. Highly recommend this unit and this company for your next purchase.
