Microwave arrived with top corner broken and bottom hinge bent causing door to not close. Protective inner foam broken up in pieces. Shipper fault. Box didn't show much damage though. Missing broken door piece not visible one installed -- no biggie. Straightened hinge just enough to work with some binding.

Perhaps RV Parts Country has no say so in the delivery part but it sure did suck to have to wait for my shipment.

i only received the vent operating mec. i didnt receive the inlet water valve I'm still waiting for the rest of my order

First time ordering from them and no problems. I received updates and tracking numbers for the order. It arrived exactly on the day they said it would. Will definitely be giving them business in the future. We are an oilfield service company and have 30+ trailers in the field with 2 a/c units per trailer, so saving money is a priority and their pricing did just that.

Easy website to navagate. Great price on products. Placed my order on June 12th and it was delivered on the 17th.

I ordered $1000 AC and Duct. They sent me a tracking number that is fake. I asked them about it and they sent me a link that takes me around in circles. They won't answer their phone and their email address doesn't work...or they don't want it to. They stated that the AC was in stock ready to ship and now all I hear from them is crickets.

Received the unit the cover was damaged emailed customer service and the new replacement cover is on the way the next business day. 10 out of 10 recommend.
