Polite discussion about warranty and mechanical failure(mfg.
Polite discussion about warranty, and Mfg. defect on an auto drop awning issue. Helped me with the repl. Product part numbers! I am not sure why you make an auto drop any more when, now, you’ve changed the wording in the manual and recommend putting awnings in 100% of The time now. I still believe this was a mechanical failure where the hydraulic locked up and weight of water damaged the arm.

Excellent Customer Service
Customer service call on a weekend to make sure I order correct part. F/U concerning shipment; well, I certainly hope I don’t lose another awning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use the Carefree Rv Service again.
