I ordered an exhaust system for my truck, had free shipping and I had it in 3 days. Everything was perfect, easy experience.

Ordered x 2 light bulbs in may. Knew they would be awhile till in stock. No communication from company. Finally the beginning of Oct I called and voila the parts are in and are shipping today. Poor customer service.

I read a lot of the negative reviews but took a chance anyway as the price was just too good to pass up, my experience was 5 star , timely shipping, good communication and the part was exactly what I ordered, I will definitely shop with RV & Auto parts again

I needed a part for my off-road motorcycle for a trip scheduled to start April 20. I ordered the part which was listed as "in stock" on April 3. I later got a call saying it was back ordered. The RV & Auto Parts customer services rep told me they would have in stock by April 10 and delivered before April 20. So I did not cancel my order and go to another vendor. Its the evening of April 19 and I am loading up. No part. No communication beyond the call and the promise. It is just a $170 sale to them - but an important trip for me that I do not get a second chance at. My impression is that these folks are unreliable. My experience is consistent with the reviews I have read.

Ordered part via web. Waited 2 weeks, still no delivery. Called company, they stated that the order had been canceled. I asked why. They said "I don't know." I said to cancel the order. They said they can't until the person who had taken the order comes back from vacation. Had to fight to get the money back. Finally did via credit card company assistance. They made no attempt to call me or email me concerning order. Absolutely poor customer service. Stay far, far away from these incompetent people. Get better customer service from Joe Biden!

I bought before I read the reviews! Once I read them I thought crap, I'm screwed now and most likely will have to buy from another company and fight to get my money back. Nope. Received products in a very timely manner, shipping was free and they didn't try to charge any additional fee's. My transaction went perfect and rvautoparts.com had the VERY best prices on the items I bought. For these name brand items I bought, everybody had higher prices. Not sure why I got so lucky but I'd buy from them again in a heart beat!

Attention! I've bought an item from them 2 months ago and they didn't ship it even though i paid the shipping fee . They don't reply to calls and emails. They have my item and my money too! Be careful please.

I wouldn't deal with these people. I ordered an rv ac from them I waited 3 weeks never got it. I left about a dozen messages and emails no response back.
