I've not ordered yet...just in the …
I've not ordered yet...just in the process, thus four stars based on my ignorance. Customer service has been very helpful. They found a way for me to get a discount on the rug I want. The Rug Studio's prices are in line or lower that other sites' plus they have free shipping, no taxes and a free rug pad.
