Excellent customer service and fast shipping!

I was looking for a long runner to match my existing southwestern rugs. I can't believe I found the exact rug pattern on your site. I'm thrilled with the quality and super fast shipping.

Delivery was fast. BUT, I did not receive the complete order, I am missing the pad for $48. Order # 24151248

I have nothing but praise for RugPal!! So many different rugs to choose from and all at an affordable price! Shipping was fast and my rug looks wonderful in my new home. I will definitely purchase from them again!!

Was kept informed every step of the ordering and delivery process - quick transaction with no issues.

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a rug online; however, I was highly satisfied with the color and quality!!! I will be a return customer!!!!!
