I had measured incorrectly and had to return my 1st rug. Customer Service was quick, responsive, and was very good in following up with me. No problem getting my refund and my new/replacement Outdoor Area Rug arrived sooner than I expected. I had been searching for a "beachy" rug for weeks and finally found the one I had to have at RugPal.

I wanted this rug for my lanai and ordered it from another company who three times said it was shipped then refunded my money and cancelled the order only to start the shipping notices over again. I still don't know if I will receive it. With Rugpal, it was simple to order, service was courteous and processing was fast. My rug should be in a few days. Hooray!!

Dear Sir, Delivery was great, No damage to rug or package at all. There is one thing, the rug has a strong musty smell, how can I get rid of that, aired it out, but I'm still having a problem. Other then that love the rug. Maria
