Package lost in transit. Eventually showed up in damaged package. Hat was deformed and incredibly oversized. Multiple unanswered emails and still no resolution. Very dissatisfied.

By your size guide a large should have been the perfect fit as it is the exact size as all my fitted hats. It’s much larger than that. I love the hat but it’s honestly too big to wear

There was a shipping occurrence and my package was sent back to the warehouse. The rep that assisted me, ensured they would follow up and resend out my package. They even offered an Atonement for my troubles.
