My husband absolutely love the hat. Well done/made

After UPS hit me with a 25 "Import fee" Ruediger issued me a refund for the amount of the "Fee". Not their fault that this surprise "fee" was applied. But they honored the price. The hats are great quality. Delivery is fast. I have bought 3 hats so far. Would not hesitate to buy again

The hat just doesn't look good on me. Its a nice hat but. I'd like to return it

Easy order, speedy delivery as advertised, very nice hat. I wore my hat out to the club this past weekend and received at least 5 compliments.

I received a thank you note inside the shipping box stating “unlimited free exchanges if your hat isn’t the right size or if you simply don’t love the style”. But, when I received the hat and it was too small, and I wrote to the company to make an exchange, they told me their policy is $10 for exchanges or that I had the opportunity to pay $30 get the right size and keep the original purchase. Mixed messaging on return policy is untrustworthy. Still unresolved.

Good prices and prices on good quality hats

I tried to order a cheaper hat before. But as the old say goes...you get what you pay for. The other hat felt like a costume hat - cheap and flimsy. The Ruediger hat is quality and they don't even skimp on the the shipping Box. And when I wear it, I've received several compliments.

The hats are nice, good quality, firm, lots of compliments. Only complaint I have and the reason it’s only 2 stars, I got the invoice for how much that hat cost to buy. I get it you pay for the shipping and the cost to promote the product and etc.. But it’s disappointing to see that the cost you pay for the item compared to what I pay from you guys to get it is. Make sure the company that sends the hat out, doesn’t include your $10 invoice for the product.
