Wish it was less expensive for small runner.

Thank you for the feedback - we appreciate you taking the time to share it. For smaller rugs, we do have minimums in place that allow us to pay our team a living wage while still giving every rug the same careful, hands-on cleaning process. We truly appreciate you trusting us with your runner and supporting our small local business!

Friendly folks who acted as though they appreciated my business. It's noteworthy that at drop-off and delivery both were WOMEN and they were much more friendly than the MEN i have dealt with at Rudy's in the past. WOMEN ROCK!

We were very pleased with how clean our rugs were when we got them back. We also purchased a new pad to go under one of the rugs. It was cut accurately and much better quality than the pad it replaced. We took our rugs to the shop. It was a little hard to find.
