Im very happy with my chess set overall. When there was a small issue the team took action and made it right as soon as they could.

I ordered a chess set for engraving and unfortunately the engraver messed it up. The engraver did the right thing and ordered a replacement but that arrived broken! The engraver said he has emailed repeatedly without response and now has to dispute the charge. Meanwhile I am still stuck waiting for a replacement!

I received a white marble tray with a chip on it. I emailed the company. They replied and sent me a new one right away. I am very happy and impressed with this companies customer service and beautiful products. Thank you again.

I purchased a green onyx and white marble 32 piece chess set and couldn’t believe the price. Pieces are of high quality and hand cut. I asked customer service whether I could purchase an additional queen for each colour. They wanted me to be totally satisfied and so provided the additional pieces. You can’t go wrong with the quality of the product and high level of customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

My chess set arrived damaged, which was disappointing. However, the company handled the situation well and issued a refund, which I appreciated. The set itself was beautiful, and I would have ordered again, unfortunately, by the time everything was resolved, the holiday had passed.
