Order status says shipped but according to ups only a label was created on 2/9 still waiting for them to send my item to ups tried emailing royal batch but it comes back undeliverable and tried calling left several messages and no response this place is the worst do not order anything from them

Update: 1/21/25 Have edited up to a 3-Star Neutral Rating. Royal Batch has refunded our money since an unsealed bottle was sent. What we learned in the process: Royal Batch is just the middleman (+$$). They use "licensed fulfillment centers" (which was noted on the included shipping paper), so they essentially use "licensed retailers across the U.S. to process" orders, so... to me that means that quality issues are ultimately not in their control. Refunding our money was a fair decision by them. Informed consumers can make their own choices now to use them or not. Original Review: We have bought a lot from this company, prices are very reasonable, and while the shipping times seem off nearly every time, it was tolerable. The most recent shipment was not tolerable. The bottle arrived and was not sealed. Major safety issue here, would you ever buy a unsealed bottle at a liquor store? Many things can go wrong, a safety issue, what if somebody put something in the bottle drug-related. What if they poured out the product and substituted a cheap generic bourbon instead? We ended up pouring out the bottle and are waiting to see how royal batch rectifies this safety issue. Edited from 2 Stars down to 1 Star. Royal Batch was unwilling/unable to provide a refund/replacement because I refused to dig through my trash outside to find the bottle. Beware of buying alcohol online from any retailer for safety reasons, I never will again.

I placed an order on Dec 12 (Christmas gift ) it’s Christmas Eve and can’t reach anyone. They gave me a tracking number but never arrived - hope someone is enjoying the bourbon! They took my payment right out but can’t get back to me where my order is. If I don’t hear something soon I will dispute this charge and go elsewhere. Do not order from them.

I ordered 2 bottles of Crown Royal Blackberry in February with a delivery date of March. On March 13th emailed customer service and was told my order should be here by months end. Months end no order and no contact from customer service. On April 2nd I again emailed customer service and was told I was Number 27 and would be processed with the next available shipment. On April 23 I emailed customer service and was told that now it would be May. May 21st I again contacted customer service. (Not once did they initiate the contact to inform me of their issues)I was told that if I could wait 10-15 more days I would receive my order. 15 days later and I was told the shipment was on the way and would be delivered today. Bullcrap. 100 days and I will not be able to give one bottle as a gift or try the Crown blackberry. Buyer beware

Still waiting. Told it was shipping in March. Last day of the month. Disputing with my bank this is garbage service. Communication is key and if they couldn’t fill my order by the date promised they should have returned my payment.

Despite the vendor's confirmation, the unexpected surge in the Crown Royal Blackberry orders nationwide affected the supply. We were able to fulfill +2k orders, and still have another 1k pending. The orders were processed first in first out, but the supply in March was not enough to cover all orders. Checking the status of your order, it seems the order was canceled upon your request and your payment was fully refunded. They will advertise something is in stock when in fact it isn't, and then tell you that you will get it sometime the next month but they don't know when. Then to top it off they charge you a processing fee for requesting a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE.

This is a common practice in the e-commerce industry. Regarding order cancellations and refunds, the payment processor deducts a processing fee from any payment received. I triedto call royalbatch to find out if they use USPS or a courier company to ship products. To my disappointment, they only use WHATSAPP to receive calls. Freaking scamming pigs. I'm glad I read the reviews first. I DEFFINETLY WILL NOT ORDER FROM SUCH SCUM. Only scammers use a phone app. You people are scum. You need to be shut down.

And why would you send us a very abusive email for this.. this is your email: I tried to call Royalbatch to get some questions answered. I see you only take calls using what's app. Only scammers use a phone app. And, I see the business is located in INDIA. You scamming mother Fuckers. Don't tou cocksuckers make enough money from scamming people with your fake PayPal and IRS scams? You low life pieces of shit. FYI, if you google our business name you will see a phone number attached. A US BASED phone number. There are many other companies online you can purchase from them without any frustration and we suggest that you go and shop there.
