It was so easy to find and schedule a sitter for our pet. The twice daily updates and pictures, the report cards, were a source of reassurance that our dog was in good hands. We also appreciate the short bios on sitters so that we had a wide selection to choose from. We'll definitely use Rover from now on.

Dommage qu'ils ne vérifient pas un peu mieux les profils des petsitters, il ne suffit pas d'aimer les animaux pour savoir correctement s'en occuper malheureusement.

Super easy process, very responsive applicants. It’s good to know the company does a security check and vets each person who is available for hire.

It was easy and great. The website allowed me to review those who are nearby that could watch our cat. I chose Emily and I was almost immediately contacted by her. She interviewed us and our cat and we were able to meet her. She came when she said she would, took excellent care of our cat, sent us daily reports and seven or eight photos a day. It was clear our cat loved Emily; she patently waited every day for her to arrive. She was absolutely great; we couldn’t be happier.

We had a terrible experience with Amanda. If she is not prepared to take care of a dog, we don’t understand why she offers such a service. She was not directly rude to us, but she repeatedly threatened to take our dog Odin to the pound because, according to her, he “wasn’t behaving” the way she wanted. The worst part is that she kept him locked in the bathroom and even took him away without our authorization. When our friends went to pick him up, they had to wait until she came back. To make matters worse, her husband called us and insulted us in a very disrespectful way. Someone who behaves like this should not be offering pet care services. She does not provide a safe or responsible environment and clearly lacks the patience and preparation required. We absolutely do not recommend her.
