Excellent care.

Horrific experience. Hired a dog sitter to care for our elderly dog. Came home do a sick dog and a hard wood floor destroyed with urine. Neighbors said they barely saw her at the house. Came to find out she had just started a new relationship - I guess my poor pup took the backseat. Rover.com took no responsibility.

I have found good and trusted pet sitters. I can see the rates and ratings. Also I have been used as a pet sitter and have worked with quality clients and pets.

We used Rover for the first time and could not have been more happy with our decision. There were quite a few sitters to chose from and they all had really good reviews. The sitter we chose had outstanding reviews and was a Star Sitter. As soon as we started the process with the our choice it was absolutely seamless. It was one easy step after another, such as dates, type and size of dog, etc. Upon payment we were able to connect with our sitter and make arrangements for a meet and greet. Just as her review stated she was prompt, professional and friendly. She showed such love and care for our dog, we knew then we did make the right choice. Rover made a process we were a bit worried about to something that was actually worry free. We will definitely use Rover again, and our sitter !

Rover was easy to set up and find a sitter for my fur baby. I had several sitters to choose from. I selected two they both responded. I was able to decide on one sitter and my decision was the right choice for me and Willow.

Megan, our sitter was phenomenal. She gave us updates and pictures twice a day. She well exceeded my expectations. I definitely will have her care for our fur babies when we go out of town in the future.

Being able to read reviews was like references from other pet owners. We felt very comfortable, that our pets were in good hands.
