I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use Rover, and delighted with the way to access potential pet-sitters. And the price! OMG it was so reasonable, as compared to another pet-sitter app. I don't travel much, but whenever I do I will be sure to use Rover!

I've used your services twice and have been very pleased with your company. The pet sitters were very caring, and it was evident that they took good care of my cat. Your site is easy to navigate through, and your customer service representatives are very patient; they listen attentively and are pleasant to deal with.

Organized online platform and we found a great sitter. However, the charges were not detailed in advance and are hefty. So buyer beward.

It is good to know you run a background check. Even if it is basic it is better than what I could do on my own. You have a list of sitters to choose from. When I struggled with your app you had help available to help me. I will use Rover again.

John made it extremely easy for me to take care of my 100 lb Siberian Husky Meeko and offered extra help. Truly grateful.
