Katelyn was at the house sending pictures and giving potty breaks through the days we were gone. When we came back the house was tidy and smelled fabulous!! She is great!! Will hire her for the next we will be gone!!

As a Rover user and Rover sitter, I love this app! It helps me find reliable care for my pets when needed and allows me to take care of other pets to make a little extra cash!

My dog sitter was attentive to my dog and provided me with enough update to my me feel secured that my dog was safe under her watch.

If your sitter tells you they can't come, but they don't actually cancel the appointment, Rover will still charge you for it. If you don't realize this and wait more than 48 hours to contact Rover about it, they will refuse to do anything about it, besides refund you the Rover fee. So, a sitter can just scam you out of your money and Rover will feel justified by saying "well, at least WE didn't charge you!" Ridiculous. No protection for clients.

Hi Trevor, thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry for any miscommunication here. If no services were rendered and the cancellation was on the sitter’s side, there shouldn’t be a charge. Please give us a call at (888) 453 - 7889 so we can take another look and help resolve this for you. -Brittney
