Website was great! Wonderful that Rover offers veterinary insurance if your pet needs care so that the sitter doesn't need to question an issue with your pet. We didn't need it but it was a comfort to know it was there.

My sitter made sure my kitten was very comfortable. She had not been with strangers much and she made sure that she ate, had her box changed, played with her. I can't say enough.

They made it very simple! I choose one of there pet sitters Evelyn for the 1st time and had a wonderful experience. I met with the pet sitter two times before to see how she reacted with my two furry loves before I made a decision. I knew instantly that it was a great fit for all of them, she sent photos & videos of them while we were away. Most important to me was I knew she loved pets and cared for them like they were her own. I would highly recommend Rover their follow up was very professional. Kim

I had an awful experience with Rover, and what made it worse was how little accountability there was afterward. When I tried to leave an honest review about my situation, it felt like the platform cared more about managing reviews and protecting its image than actually helping me or taking my concerns seriously. People use Rover because they are trusting strangers with their pets and homes. That requires real oversight, transparency, and support — not a system where bad experiences get minimized and customers feel silenced. After my experience, I would not trust Rover again. The convenience is not worth the risk.
