Wonderful pet sitter. She took excellent care of my two cats and sent me pictures every day that we were away. Highly recommend and will definitely use Rover again when we travel.

Kristen never fails to delight. Our Emma seems to regard Kristen and her family as an extension of her own family. She greets Kristen like an old friend and simply leaves my side without a backward glance. It kind of tugs at me heart that she is not even a bit hesitant to leave me!

I used a sitter for 2 nights that offered in home pet sitting. My dogs have been sick since I got them back and Rover has not addressed my concerns. I contacted Rover immediately after getting my dogs back and was told someone would get in touch with me. Never happened. I contaced Rover a second time, was told a case was opened and someone would contact me. Hasn't happened. I spent over $200 for them to be watched for 2 nights My dogs have been to the vet and are on 3 different medications due to either "getting into something, or been fed something other than their regular food" according to my vet. Now in addition to spending over $200 for "care" for my pet, I also have had to pay almost $400 for a vet bill. I would NEVER recommend using Rover due to their lack of response if something goes wrong.

I had a horrific experience with Rover. When my dog was returned to me, he was covered in mold and urine, terrified, and severely sick. Despite needing immediate veterinary care, Rover’s customer support completely brushed off the situation and refused to assist with the vet bills. To make matters worse, another pet parent posted a review describing the exact same appalling treatment from this same sitter. Rover clearly does not vet its sitters or care about pet safety when things go terribly wrong.

They were wonderful and caring to my pup. She has separation anxiety and took her a couple of days, but they earned her trust and she did fine.
