Jody, the caretaker for our dog was wonderful, she was kind and considerate and sent us photos during Chloe's stay. She took great care of Chloe and loved on her, and also made sure we knew exactly what she was doing and when she was doing it. We will be using Rover again as well as Jody!!

my sitter Aliya was the best she came in every day and played with my spoiled little fur baby. Will definitely use her again.

Excellent providers, easy to find. Simple financial transactions. Thoughtful and frequent communications. Very happy with close out especially the easy of sending a tip directly to the provider.

Love the opportunity to review bios of potential dog and house sitters, and communicate with them through a safe mediated format. The services offered and received are top notch with individuals who truly care and can be trusted to look after what is precious to you.

One of my pets needed medical care for an incident not related to the sitter. She did however not full waterbowls Nd allowed litter boxes to get so bad there was poop on the floor What upsets me is rover can see our conversations back and forth where I never blame her for the medical incident. I didn't ask her for a refund. Her review of me indicates I am blaming her for the incident and coming after her. Rover will do nothing to assist me.

Rover was amazing by matching us with a caretaker for our cat when we were away. The app is very easy to use and safe with communication with the sitter through the app. All visits were recorded on the app and I would use Rover again to book the same sitter next time we are away.
