The Rover app and its use of text messaging made it extremely easy to book and arrange to have my cat checked up on while I was on vacation. I could not have asked for a better Rover than Jean. It was so comforting to get updates daily for each of her visits. And I accumulated a lot of cool photos of my cat as well. I highly recommend the use of Rover.

Ease of use of site. Ability to select the right caregiver from a large range of qualified providers. Communication with caregivers was timely and informative. Loved our caregiver. The cats did too from the photos she shared.

A friend who usually watches my dog was unavailable. Messaged a few people on rover to see who could take my dog for our away dates. Within minutes of making my profile I had found a awesome sitter for Charlie.

Rover is a good source of potential pet sitters. I have found several sitters to stay in my house and be with my dogs when I am away. I prefer older, more mature individuals as I have two big, challenging dogs. I do wish the Rover profiles included that information.

Rover gave me many choices of pet sitters. I reached out to several and found one who was available after a few tries. The app is easy to use overall. But I made a few mistakes ( I entered my pet twice!) and was unable to correct this due to having an “ active booking” So a few issues there, being charged for 2 pets. Overall pretty easy to navigate and my sitter was great.
