The Rover app was easy to use and gave me lots of great choices for pet care. The pet sitter who took care of my cat was excellent! She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with the care she provided.

I like that all the research is done for you. No need for me to do background checks they're done before I search.

I would warn every single person that I know to avoid using Rover. The girl that we have hired before did not check on our animal for the duration of the trip and we came back where he was severely dehydrated and needed to go to the emergency veterinary clinic. He had no medical conditions prior to our trip and now he still can’t even have full control of his tongue due to the lack of care and neglect we have filed a police report against the person who is supposed to be taking care of him and still have not received any sort of reimbursement for our Vet veterinary care from Rover.

Great way to connect people looking for pet sitters. Way better than kenneling for the pets.

It's been very easy to set up an account with Rover. I found a sitter very quickly. I really like how the sitters will set up a "Meet & Greet" quickly once you decide on a sitter.

When my usual pet sitter had a last minute change of plans, I was very concerned I wouldn't find someone, the right someone, to check in with my cat. Rover made it easy to find someone in my own neighborhood that was reasonably priced. She did a great job and saved the day!
