Hi M Harrison, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, shipping delays can occasionally occur when delivering to Great Britain, and we regret that your order arrived late for Mother's Day. During this busy period, our customer service team was overwhelmed, which regrettably caused a delay in our response to your emails. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and hope that despite the delay, you are still enjoying the flowers. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Rose Forever Team
