Eynhar was so good in explaining things. He showed patience with me as I am not tech savvy. His suggestions were good too. He knows what he is doing. Keep on doing good work.

Neetu, thank you for your great feedback! Making technology accessible and comfortable for every client, regardless of their technical background, is a commitment we take seriously at Roomvu. We are pleased the session delivered both clarity and practical suggestions, and we look forward to continuing to support you!

Poor support, it takes at least a week to book a support call with someone, sooooo many glitches. It's never the same glitch, it's always something new. Do not recommend!

Kate, we appreciate the feedback and want to address your points directly. On support availability: we offer live group support sessions twice daily, five days a week, in addition to dedicated support calls. A one-week wait is not the standard we operate by, and we would encourage you to reach out at [email protected] so we can look into your specific situation and ensure you have access to the right channels. On platform glitches: as a platform that ships new features on a near-weekly basis, occasional technical issues can arise. but we resolve them promptly and invest in platform stability every single day. We take your feedback seriously and would like to understand the specific issues you have encountered to address them directly. We are committed to improving your experience and welcome you to reach out at [email protected].

Subscribed. Got ignored. When I did get a response, the attitude toward my complaint was condescending rather than helpful. For a company that sells to real estate agents — people who pay attention to service — this is a serious miss. Save your money. There are better platforms that actually value their clients.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, CJ. Please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously. Our manager is already in contact with you regarding this matter, and our Ads Team is also actively following up on your case. Our support is also proactively in contact with you, trying to resolve the misunderstanding. Regarding the lead quality concerns, if any leads are found not to meet the agreed qualification criteria, we will make up for them accordingly. As we always do for our subscribers, we will continue the campaign until the guaranteed number of promised leads has been provided.

I signed up for Roomvu’s annual subscription on November 28, 2025, after a sales representative cold-called with a one-day special offer. He verbally promised a 7-day money-back performance guarantee that would start after I reviewed my account contents, plus $2,000 allocated toward actual Facebook and Instagram ads. No contract or Terms of Service was ever provided. My card was charged $2,940 immediately. Onboarding was scheduled via Calendly for eight days later, so the 7-day guarantee expired before I could meaningfully test the platform. Roomvu performed only static image posting automation on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. They ran no actual ads and spent $0 of the promised ad credit. Immediately upon seeing the service did not deliver as promised, I requested a full refund. My requests were ignored with bot replies and ghosting. My experience did not match the sales promises made. I would caution anyone considering Roomvu to get all guarantees and ad spend commitments in writing before committing to any subscription--not that it would matter since Roomvu is based in Canada beyond the reach of U.S. civil law. I cannot stress strongly enough that you thoroughly research this company. Update 4/6/26: As predicted, Roomvu responded to my review, denying everything. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Instead, carefully read the reviews. You will not see ANY reviews by satisfied customers AFTER onboarding. Roomvu removed its 7-day performance guarantee from its website. Why? Because it was a ruse to begin with. A performance guarantee is a strong selling point, but by scheduling onboarding AFTER 7 days, Roomvu would NEVER have to honor it.

Thank you for your feedback, Catherine. To clarify the facts: you purchased a Diamond Yearly subscription in November 2025, and services including platform access, content setup, and campaign support were fully provided as agreed. A payment dispute was initiated through your financial institution and was reviewed by the issuing bank, the determination was made in Roomvu's favor, with the original transaction upheld. Throughout your subscription, our team remained actively engaged with your onboarding, campaign setup, and support inquiries in line with our published policies. We respect your right to share feedback; however, we firmly disagree with any characterization of fraud or misconduct. Roomvu operates under clearly defined terms of service, presented transparently at the point of purchase. Our support team remains available at [email protected], should you wish to discuss your account further.

UPDATE TO ROOMVU RESPONSE: it is hard to believe that Roomvu would post a reply to my feedback full of lies. Roomvu do make people pay upfront and there were no monthly subscription at least at the beginning of 2026 when I still was forced to use their service. They are constantly short on staff and incapable of delivering a normal customer service. They have no shame! I hope someone will sue them soon so they learn how to run business that delivers USA quality. For now, because of your lies, and I can show it on my credit card, I will report Roomvu to the Better Business Bureau and your deceptive business practices to the Federal Trade Commission! When they sell, they promise the world, and then reality hits. They dont have a robost customer service, the posts are repetitive and automotive a nd your social media starts looking like a spam. You can complain, but they dont have capacity to handle pretty much anything. They will charge you upfront, and will not reimburse you the money for the future months even though you tell them you dont want to recieve their services anymore. This is another of the Hindu based creation company that offers services on the lowesr quality level and will force you to put money ahead of the game. It is so not worth it!

Thank you for your feedback. We want to address your points directly and transparently. Roomvu is a continuously evolving AI-powered platform trusted by thousands of professionals across North America. We respectfully disagree with the characterisation of our content quality. Our platform produces hyperlocal, branded, and market-relevant material updated with every release. Anyone is welcome to log in for free and evaluate the quality firsthand before committing to any payment. On billing: clients are never required to pay for a full year upfront, a monthly subscription option is available. Our terms are clearly stated at sign-up and applied consistently. On support: we offer live group support twice daily, five days a week, plus dedicated onboarding and real human account support. We are continuously expanding our capacity.

The representative took my creidt card Mid January. I told him not to process it until I come back from my vacation Mid February. The rep processed it immediately in January. I tried calling and emailing when I got back in mid February to get my onboparding training with no repsonse. I tried several times. Most of the time, I could not reach anyone by phone. When someone answered, the person said she can't help me except letting the billing department know my concern. No phone contact available to billing. The response-my account exceeded the 7 day policy which I was on vacation. In addition, they began posting to social media and used my email address that they picked up from my former company and not what I gave him. Rooomvu is the worst compqany I ever dealt with and feel they are a scam company that takes your money.

Steve, thank you for your feedback. We want to address every point you raised directly. On the billing date: payment processing requires explicit client consent at the point of transaction; a charge cannot be processed without it. On the email address: any account information is updated in our system within the same day. An incorrect email would be corrected immediately upon being flagged. On onboarding availability: we run live support sessions twice daily, five days a week; availability is never a constraint. We regret that reaching the right support channel felt difficult. We can arrange onboarding calls on the same day of the subscription. On social media posts: customers receive notifications of scheduled content before anything is shared, providing the opportunity to review, edit, reschedule, or remove posts prior to publication. This process is designed to ensure customers maintain control over the content associated with their brand. Those are the facts as we understand them based on the concerns raised in your review. If you would like to discuss your specific situation further, please contact us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) and our team will be happy to review your account and continue the conversation.
