It was thorough information which helped get an idea of the cost involved for a new roof. The downside is once you agree to be contacted, I was not prepared for the daily nonstop calls from roofing companies. I ended up choosing a company outside of the recommended companies on this site because of this. I do not like to feel pressured. Your business should speak for itself without having to pressure people into believing your the best.

I found the tool great to use. It determined my roof area using ariel views to give a good estimate of area to do, applied zip code/area and presto a reasonable no hassle estimate. Perfect to help deal with people providing roof shingle replacements post hurricane Ian in Florida. Once I saw these numbers I knew the prices I were getting were reasonable.

I filled out the form requesting quotes from 3 contractors and only received 1 reply. The contractor came to the house and climbed on the roof to get a good look at the roofs condition. He provided me with a reasonable quote that I am considering.

Your app provided a pretty good estimate for me to base my budget upon. This was important for the obvious reasons. The companies that came to quote were reputable. I plan to choose one on 10/31.
