I am a roofing contractor that was duped into buying "verified leads" from this company. Out of 60 leads and an $8,000 investment, all I got were people that didn't understand that their information was being sold and many wasted hours. If you are a contractor, don't buy into their bogus sales pitch. You'll have much more success spending the money to pay someone to stand on a street corner with your sign.

The rough online cost estimate was received quickly but the roof square footage was 150% actual thus skewing the cost. No followup from a contractor to verify our local estimate. Just interesting information,

You give us a ROUGH idea about the cost of a roof; it would be nice if you also gave us a list of highly recommended local roofers

It gave a prompt feedback, including our house's roofing size, and estimated prices with certain materials. it is very helpful.

Easy to use not 100% accurate but close to what roofers measured when actually on the roof.

Found the calculator to be very accurate for measuring. The range of prices gave me a good idea of what to expect & helped me estimate cost of materials. Highly recommend.

The calculator helped to determine our decision for replacing the roof before sale or selling as is. The calculator is very valuable, plus there are references for contractors in the area.

This was great to use. The only thing I wish it would allow you to do is filter the roofers you want to use. Helpful categories would be "years in business, type of shingles they use, reviews, location, special features like awards or special things they do that's better or certifications.
