Are you kidding me, spending more and more on credits and getting the shaft, how ironic is that.
Response from Rondevo· Sep 2, 2024
Dear User, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. You need credits to access certain services on our platform, but don't worry, you only pay for the services you use. You can choose the services that interest you the most and control your spending. Every request is carefully handled by our moderation, finance and technical teams, and our customer service is available around the clock. Maintaining this level of quality comes at a cost, which is why we charge for some services. If you want to manage your expenses efficiently, we offer several options. Contact us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help you. Best Wishes, Rondevo Customer Support

Way too few are genuine and the site blocks any chance of actually find someone. It's just about getting money for you?

The Happy Endings...? Having not read through all the reviews, I can still wonder why only men make reviews... If Rondevo was a genuine and well functioning site, you would expect to see some reviews from ladies as well...? But there seem to be none. Also I would have expected at least some of the 5 star reviews to actually tell a story of finding the true love and actually meet. But there seems to be noone that have experienced an actual meeting. It seems a little strange that the lack of happy endings in Trustpilot reviews are so outspoken.
Response from Rondevo· Aug 21, 2024
Dear Troels, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and observations. We understand your concerns regarding the lack of reviews from women and stories of successful meetings on our platform. It's important to note that the nature of online dating experiences can vary widely, and not all users choose to share their outcomes publicly. Some may prefer to keep their successful relationships private, which could explain the lack of "happy ending" stories in reviews. We also encourage all our users, regardless of gender, to share their experiences to provide a more balanced perspective. Your feedback is valuable, and we're committed to continuously improving our platform to meet the needs and expectations of all users. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Best Wishes, Rondevo Customer Support
