It’s not just a place to meet people, you can actually share your thoughts and experiences. That openness makes the conversations feel more real

The cost of talking to others. It's a 50/50 chance that they are just photos and not that person
Response from Rondevo· Apr 30, 2025
Hi Benjamin, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how important both cost transparency and trust in profile authenticity are. The credit-based system is designed to give users flexibility and only pay for the features they choose, while also supporting key services such as profile verification, moderation, and user protection. We take the authenticity of our community seriously—every profile is reviewed to ensure it complies with our Terms of Use. If you ever come across a user you suspect may not be genuine, we strongly encourage you to report the profile so our moderation team can investigate. If you’d like our support team to look into a specific case or assist you further, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. We're here to help ensure your experience is safe, fair, and transparent. Warmly, Nina from Rondevo

Everything was good so far until you got to ask for coins so waste of time with that, so you get to know this person for a little bit and then it just cuts off because you got to put coins like a video game that's a joke

What a joke, you can only search by country?? No way to specify your area or miles away. Worthless....
Response from Rondevo· Apr 24, 2025
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. The current search settings are designed to help users connect across broader regions, and we understand that more specific location filters might be important for some. Your comments are appreciated and will be shared with the team as we continue to evaluate ways to improve the experience. If you have any questions or would like support with using the search tools, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Kindly, Nina from Rondevo
