Just the overall process, questions and delivery process.

Thorough questionnaire, quick review, fast shipping, clear labeling. Bottles are generic, tabs are very generic. Looks nothing like the advertisements. That said, tastes great, easy to use, and works as advertised.

Could be better priced. But it works

The shipping is always extremely fast, only downfall is there is no packing/cotton in the med bottle so the package has a very noticeable rattle when being handled.

In the past they were pretty fast with sending orders. recently takes day or longer and i always pay over night.
