I already own two mice and a lap keyboard from Roccat, and after my excellent experience with their customer support team, I will be sure to buy more. Wonderful products and top-notch support have earned them a customer for life!

Super Unternehmen.

I've bought a a few products over the years, and in general I liked them. However, I've purchased two mice from roccat, both of them having failures after about a year of use. The first one, the sensor for the mouse positioning gave out, customer service just suggested I clean it then told me I was SOL. second mouse, figured maybe that one was a fluke. It was not. Again, a year in, this time the middle mouse button gave out. Talked to customer service, told me I would have to destroy the mouse's cord before they'd even consider sending a replacement, and that after I got approved, it would be 2 weeks before I got the replacement. I don't have any backup mice, so I would have to go buy a replacement to wait for my replacement. Completely absurd.

Hey there, it is unfortunate to hear that you are having troubles with one of our products again. However it is correct that the customer need to cut the cable of the product or have to send back the product to our warehouse in order to receive a replacement. While sending back the faulty product to the retailer is the common industry standard, we decided to let customers cut the cable. This process not only saves shipping time, but also CO2 and we can make sure that customers do not have to get into an inconvenience situation with leaving their house while we have a world wide pandemic Please let the Customer Support Agent know if you would like to continue with the RMA process with replying directly to the existing email chain or with opening a new case on https://support.roccat.com/s/contact-us?language=en_US . Sincerely, The ROCCAT Customer Service Team

Roccat Customer Service did above and beyond service. Giving me information I had lost on my about my purchase and was able to replace my device. On another device they were able to help me with troubleshooting 3rd party software that was causing conflicts. Very thankful for their support.

I love Roccat. I will always be a little sad that the Leadr is no longer made because it had the perfect number of buttons but the customer service is the best
