Never received the rollator I ordered. Payment was accepted. In the process of disputing the charge with my cc company because I could never get anyone on the phone. After all my efforts, my conclusion is that this is not a real company. BUYERS BEWARE.

I ordered 200 pads for my dog. Only received 100. I called, but you do not get anyone, they say someone will call back, but they don't call back. I will have to call my credit card company. I will not order from them again!!

miss-addressed package, emailed immediately, no response until 4 days later when they got the miss-addressed package back. The credit card went through, so they damn well had the correct address available. Bad joke.

Talked to your warehouse manager 3 times and have not received my product yet even though I was assured that my order was on the way. Last time I was told the manager in charge was in a meeting and he would call me as soon as he got out of his meeting, but he did not call me back as was promised. I called the next day and didn’t get a response and left a message to get back with me, but so far no one has responded.

My original order was stuck in Texas for weeks and it took forever for customer service to fix the problem. I had ordered well ahead of time and ended up running out of my supplement that is essential for my health.
