Customer service is key and the Rize staff certainly provide it. Coupled with their flexibility, loan and savings rates, particularly their high yield rates, I am a happy member. Rize is a pleasure to bank with!

Good quick service. I haven't had many issues besides overdraft fees and you guys are quick to catch fraudulent charges. The overdraft fees aren’t my favorite but I’ve just learned to put my bills on another card so I don’t run into that issue.
