It was a hassle to get a replacement item that is under warranty

Very nice products that are very reasonably priced!

Second order and the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I received email with order and saying I would get another email to tell me when it ships. As in first order no ship notification was sent. It did deliver in a couple days so that was great. Also as I stated in first review it would be better with a couple more feet of hose to allow amount needed to be able to pullout of cabinet plus through floor to nipples. Had to order twice to have enough hose. I may be adding more heaters and can’t afford this for each one.

Everything was great just hard to pay shipping and wait more than a day or two in the age of Amazon. Would buy from here again. They have an extra small Grohe faucet that I didn’t see elsewhere- I really didn’t see any XS faucets but the one I bought fits perfectly.

Was a bit skeptical at first as I hadn't heard of Riverbend Home before, but after seeing they were based in New Hampshire I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm only giving 4-stars because the color of the glasses I wanted were out of stock, but I was able to find an alternative. Shipping was as expected. I will shop here again!
