You made the ordering and customization process very simple. On top of it, our order was delivered in advance of the promised date! We ordered from you because of your B Corp certification, knowing that you have similar goals and values.

Plaques are beautiful and arrived on time. Email communication was a little slow, but staff are very responsive and worked with me to get the plaques delivered to an alternative address.

Deborah, thanks so much for your order. We apologize regarding the email delay. We've discovered that it is related to a recent upgrade of MS Defender and we are working with our IT team to resolve it. We look forward to working with you again soon.
