100% scam
100% scam, 6 weeks and nothing has arrived thats with express shipping. Customer service has stopped replying as soon as I asked for a refund.

Complete Scammers. Don’t do business with them
Fell for an order early for Valentines Day offer on Facebook from this business. Two months later still waiting for the item to be delivered. They must have meant Valentines Day 2024. Emails to them now bouncing back. Not getting any satisfaction from PayPal either. Complete scammers. Don’t get stung.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Absolutely 100% a rip off site. Thanks to IG ad I was Duped into ordering a Valentines Day gift from this site. Paid for express shipping and 40+ days later. Nothing. Customer service is responding but It seems like the responses are from someone who is clearly not in the customer support profession as the responses are super suspect and absurd. Like "please be patient" and "we understand your mood". Full on SCAM site.

I’d give this scam no stars if possible. The items I received We’re five weeks late despite me paying for expedited 3-5 day shipping. The items were super cheap and they were sent separate from their gift boxes. They refuse me returning the items so I’ve had to dispute with my credit card.

Robbed and duped
Had 2 other friends that wanted them for their loves for V-Day. Paid extra for shipping 20 days later after V-Day l, they finally came 😒. Had to refund money to friends, was embarrassed. $60 down the drain. Fought with shipping company to cancel delivery with no luck now the actual company won’t even reply. Thieves what a terrible experience. Wish I’d have thought to argue it with my bank.

I wish i could leave no stars
I wish i could leave no stars. Dont buy from them. Ordered there product for a Valentines gift and paid extra for express shipping within 7 days. 23 days later. ... nothing. They have refused a refund. I should have looked up reviews first. Would have saved myself $50 DONT BUY FROM RISE PLANET - SCAM, RIP OFF

Rise Planet is a SCAM
It was an IG ad I think, I made an order and paid for express delivery, was charged on my CC, one month later still nothing delivered. I believe I got scammed like many others, also the tracking system they use (tracking hub) seems to be a scam website based on many reviews... I guess I've lost 32 USD and a lot of time
