Another great experience with Ride Safe
This was my second purchase from Ride Safe and I couldn't be happier! I had to do a virtual fitting for both of my air vests and they guided me through the process easily. I'm so thrilled with my new gorgeous Animo air vest. Thank you so much for all of your professional and expert help!

Hi Patricia, I'm so sorry you experienced this, but it wasn't with our business. Luckily we use a phone system that logs all incoming and outgoing calls, and when searching using the phone number on your account, not a single record of an incoming call or voice mail was found. What we did find however, were email communications: You sent us an email on 2/26, we responded on 2/26 You sent us another email on 2/26, we resppnded on 2/26 You sent us an email on 3/27, we responded on 3/27 You sent us an email on 3/28, we responded on 3/29 (sorry for the delay there) If there are unanswered questions or issues, we're always more than happy to help.
