For clarity, the refund for the order in question was issued on January 24, 2026, and we resent your mother, the customer listed on the order # you gave us as reference, an email confirmation of that refund on April 3, 2026. We understand this was a gift and the timing around the holidays made the situation more stressful. Regarding ingredients, potassium sorbate itself has been studied for decades and is very effective at preventing mold and yeast in foods and supplements. It is approved not only in the U.S. by the FDA, but also by Europe’s food safety authority (EFSA), which is known for having some of the strictest ingredient safety standards. Neither EFSA, the FDA, nor the World Health Organization has changed its safety assessment based on these publications. We’re always intentional about every ingredient we use and are happy to clarify any questions regarding product safety. Rho Nutrition is a legitimate company, our products are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility, third-party tested, and we do not sell “water and sugar.” If an order is ever not received, our support team works to investigate and resolve it.
